Jon Lugg

Client Relationship Manager

Jon joined Summit in January 2020 and is our front line of customer service as well as providing technical administrative support to the team.  You will often find him on the phone helping our clients, or being in contact with them or our providers via email or post.

Jon has worked in financial services since 2005, initially as an Administrator at a small IFA in North Bristol and then as a Client Service Administrator and Systems & Operations Analyst at a small Financial Planning firm in central Bristol, before joining Summit. He has always been involved in front-line customer service, as well has supporting the running of the financial planning business.

Jon gained his Diploma for Financial Advisers in 2015, Certificate in Mortgage Advice in 2017 and Certificate in Equity Release in 2018; providing a strong all-round knowledge in financial planning.

Jon is married and has two young boys, who are growing up far too fast! He likes to spend time with his family, being in the outdoors and playing board games. Jon is also heavily involved in the children’s and young people’s groups at his local church.
